Slow Braised Osso Bucco (Veal Shank) in Rich Flavorful Broth. Pulled from the Bone and Mixed with Herb Cheese, Garlic and Veal Glace. Rolled in Egg Pasta then Poached. Served with a Creamy Veal Demi Glace. Seasoned with Christopher's All Purpose Seasoning $24.95

Petite Lamb Rack
Half of New Zealand spring rack of Lamb. Pan seared then coated with basil Pesto and roasted in the oven. Served with rich garlic Demi Glace. Seasoned with Christopher's all purpose seasoning. $20

BBQ 1/2 Semi Boneless Chicken
Semi Boneless 1/2 chicken seasoned with Christopher's all purpose seasoning then grilled and brushed with Christopher's own sweet but tangy BBQ sauce. $14.95

Ribeye
Grilled 14oz. ribeye steak rubbed with Christopher's seasoning. Accompanied with roasted mushroom caps and garlic demi glace. $21.95

Filet

Pork Chop
Pan seared 8oz. pork chop seasoned with Christopher's all purpose seasoning and flour dusted and seared in butter. Served on a pool of creamy mushroom sauce. $15.95

Loraine's Ace of Clubs Chicken
A dedication to my grandmother, who made this dish at her restaurant when she was around my age, of course I changed it a bit. Half of a semi boneless chicken dipped in milk. Then dipped in a beer batter seasoned with Christopher's all purpose seasoning. Finally tossed with ground Saltine crackers and potato chips then fried and baked. $15.95

BBQ Babyback Ribs
Beer and spice marinated babyback pork ribs, rubbed with Christopher's BBQ rub then grilled till fall the bone tender. Brushed with house made sweet and tangy BBQ glaze.
